The JeePerf "SuperFlex" Heavy Duty Steering Kits provide over 90° degrees of flex angle ROM (Range-of-Motion) yet are virtually indestructible! On a Tacoma, that translates to over 11” of droop distance from horizontal and over 20” of front wheel suspension travel range. This system is made to work with just about ANY commercially available or custom built lift. This design of TREs is THE MOST VERSATILE DESIGN FOR LIFTED IFS TOYOTAs. The design of the TREs is OFFSET, KINCKED AND WITH either ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT or LOW PROFILE as compared to your OEM ones. This design can be mounted either ABOVE OR BELOW the steering knuckle as it has more clearances than OEM ones. With our design being OFFSET, those TREs can be mounted facing forwards or backwards depending on clearances imposed by your lift. The height adjustable ones can also be adjusted to eliminate any bump steering effects caused by the suspension lift. The TREs spindle attachement studs can either be the low profile or the adjustable height ones. The TREs are designed to accept either style. The attachement studs are interchangable for future use as wheel size allows. The inner tie rods are thicker and not easily bent like OEM ones. They offer more flex angle and have more range of adjustment. Each kit we sell is GUARANTEED for the life of the vehicle, except for the spherical bearings and Heim joints which, despite their strength and high quality, are considered wearable items and, when needed, can easily be replaced. The tie rod is rebuildable using commercially available Spherical Bearings. Will work with Tacoma, FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser, 4Runner, Lexus GX460 and can be made to support other IFS Toyotas and Lexus.
