This steering knuckle raise block with appropriate SuperFlex tie rod ends is an add-on to the OEM spindle to raise the steering knuckle for our 5"+ lift geometry change.
It is a required item when using our front LCA drop crossmember if you don't have Superlift extended length spindles. 
Going this route, you MUST also use our 5"+ extended JPRF6292 UCA uniball joint
Its design is optimized  to work with our  5"+ lift.
