Those are 4" extensions to Bilstein 5100 adjustable struts for the Jeep WK/XK platforms.

They are intended for vehicles lifted 4" by SuperLift to eliminate the 4" block above the strut assembly.

These strut extensions allow for the use of longer springs or raising the 5100 spring perch (another option to raise the spring perch is required)
